It deals with an extraordinary period of Rimbaud’s life.The play finds the legendary poet in Africa, forsaking his art for a life of commerce and adventure. 
It asks two questions: What happens when a poet who calls himself a slave suddenly finds himself in the heart of human slavery? And how can an artist 
stop being an artist? A two-act drama for a multicultural cast of eight.
