This play is a look at the prospect of the world running out of power. Warnings had not been heeded; greenhouse gasses have eventually destroyed the symbiotic balance of the environment. The people are reverting back to tribalism and dangers. Many years before this play began there had been wars over the last drops of oil as resources were getting scarcer. Towns had been destroyed as had cities too. People have started to live in small groups in bomb sites and scrap yards and slowly but surely rules of the past world are being re-introduced as societies struggle to make for a reasonable and worthy existence.
This large cast play (21 parts) is ideally suited to older Youth Groups.
